New Construction of a 5-story, 120,000 Building GSF, Self-Storage warehouse Facility located in a corner lot in city of Miami, FL. Logistics for this 11-month project were key for its success as it sits right on the property line on an FDOT and City roads with no room for staging. The building incorporates surface parking, retail and office on the ground level.
