New Construction addition of a 1,000 SF custom roof-top Penthouse Terrace on the Beach front Caribbean Condominium in Collins Ave in South Beach FL. The addition consisted of custom outdoor kitchen and dining area on the 7th floor rooftop. The highlights of this project include a custom aluminum Trellis which was pre-assembled and lifted in place in one piece to limit the impact of construction and minimize the schedule. The trellis covers a custom lounge area with retractable TV lift and mechanically automated shades.
