New Construction of a 4-story, 21,462 S.F., 30 room Boutique Hotel located in South Beach, FL. The building incorporates a Lobby / check-in area, surface parking and a restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining in the ground level. A selected 6 rooms feature private terraces overlooking 5th Street and the Beach. Logistics for this 11-month project were key for its success as it sits right on the property line on an FDOT and two other municipality roads with no room for staging.
