New construction of a 950 SF Haagen-Dazs ice cream parlor located in the heart of Miracle Mile in Coral Gables, FL. This project was delivered within budget and on time. Highlights include selective demolition and modifications to the existing infrastructure as wells as all associated new work including but not limited to all the millwork, Food Service Equipment, new Grease traps among others.
