New construction of a 1,400 SF Interior Build-out inside the Brickell City Center mall, in city of Miami, FL. This project was delivered within budget and on time. This project was built as part of the original first round of store while the mall was still under construction. Highlights of this project include all the logistics associated with the mall’s contractors and private providers. Scope of work included all the exterior storefront (per mall’s standards), tying into mall’s infrastructure & Life Safety systems.
