New Construction of an 8-story, 140,000 S.F., Self-Storage warehouse Facility located in city of Miami, FL. This project sits on an FDOT Road and adjacent to a residential community. Its construction required the demolition of existing structures, improvements to the soil capacity which were achieved by Wet Top Fed Vibro Replacement. Highlights include a continuous pour of 1,100 yards of concrete, for a transfer slab that separates the upper level self-storage units from the ground floor surface parking, retail and office space. The project incorporates Post-Smoke removal and façade LED lighting.
