New Construction of an 8-story, 95,100 S.F., Self-Storage warehouse Facility located in a corner lot in city of Miami, FL. The building sits right on the property line over 166 auger piles 50’ in length. Highlights include a continuous concrete pour of 930 yards for a transfer slab that separates the upper level self-storage units from the ground floor surface parking, retail and office space. The project incorporates Post-Smoke removal and façade LED lighting.
