Modern Miami Apartment Conversion

New Construction build-out conversion. This project consisted in the re-purposing of two open large retail spaces, into 8 new residential rental units. The scope of work included tying into existing infrastructure and life safety systems, all associated underground work, new polished concrete floors, modifications to the existing storefronts, full kitchens, bathrooms and modifications to the mail room among other things. All work was performed on budget and on-schedule in a residential building that was fully occupied at the time.
