Modern Miami Common Areas

This project consisted in the complete renovation of the Lobby, elevator area, and new management offices for the Administration team. Ground floor lobby work included all new partitions, flooring, painting, new front desk, sitting area for guests and tenants, glass front offices and kitchenette for the staff and all associated life safety modifications. All work was performed on budget and on-schedule in a residential building that was fully occupied at the time.
