High-end custom residential interior renovation of a full floor, 8,000 SF unit, at the Regalia condominium building in Sunny Isles, FL. The Project’s extensive interior package included one-of-a-kind custom work throughout. The Highlights of this project include the logistics associated with special order products from Italy and France as well as the coordination of the installation of the numerous custom art pieces designed specifically for this project many which were integral permanent parts of the construction. The commitment of the Client’s entire Team was key for the success of this project. Numerous artists were present at the project’s to supervise the installation of their work which would have not been possible without the commitment of the design team.
