Rooftop Cinema Club

Project consisted of retro-fitting an existing rooftop parking into a gathering space with several amenities including showings of movies, food & beverage and other concessions. Project required careful coordination to hoist multiple storage containers into the roof of the building on the 6th floor. The containers were then mechanically attached to the existing Post Tensioned slab, and all life safety systems coordinated and connected to the existing building.
