The Bartram Renovation

The scope of work of this project included all new roofs, all new stucco and new landscape throughout. Many of the unit balconies were complete redone. Most of the units received new carpeting and complete re-paint. This project was completed in Phases to facilitate Owner’s partial occupancy of the property.
